John 14:27

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."

Jesus distinguishes His peace from the fragile calm the world offers. He directly addresses troubled and fearful hearts. This peace is a gift rooted in His presence and finished work, available even when circumstances remain unsettled.
