Anxiety

Psalm 118:6

"The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?"

The simple declaration The Lord is with me produces freedom from fear. Human threats and pressures are put in perspective. Anxiety that centers on what people can do is relativized by the greater reality of God's presence.
