Psalm 55:22

"Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken."

Cares are to be deliberately thrown onto the Lord. In return He promises to sustain. Anxiety tries to convince us we must carry everything ourselves. This verse shifts the weight onto the One strong enough to hold both us and our concerns without letting us be ultimately shaken.
