Psalm 46:1-2

"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea."

Even in cataclysmic imagery, the response is we will not fear because God is an ever-present refuge and strength. Anxiety about large-scale threats or personal upheaval is met with the reality of God's immediate availability as both shelter and power.
