Anxiety
Scripture and encouragement for anxious thoughts and fearful moments.
Selected Sub-Tab
Philippians 4:6-7
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Anxiety is met with a clear alternative: prayer that includes thanksgiving. Instead of rehearsing worries, the believer is invited to bring every concern to God. The promised result is a peace that stands guard over both heart and mind, something human effort cannot produce.
