Luke 17:15-16

"One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. He threw himself at Jesus' feet and thanked him, and he was a Samaritan."

Of the ten lepers healed, only one returned to give thanks. Jesus highlights this act, showing that gratitude is the fitting response to mercy received. The story challenges believers not to take God's gifts for granted but to return intentionally with praise.
