1 Thessalonians 5:18

"Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."

Thankfulness is presented not as a feeling that arises only when life is easy, but as a deliberate choice in every situation. This command roots gratitude in God's will rather than in favorable conditions. Even in hardship, believers are called to look for reasons to thank God, His presence, faithfulness, and redemptive purposes, training the heart to trust Him beyond the immediate circumstances.
