Family Faith names, logos, and branding are trademarks of Family Faith or its licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Family Faith is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. Miscellaneous

Waiver. Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
